I’m so impressed by this company. Ken did a site inspection within a week of calling. My house is Georgian and is listed..so everything is always slightly more complicated. They gave me a detailed account of what was wrong and how much it would cost. They provided photographs of work before and after. They scaffolded the house on the day they said they would. They started work within the time scale agreed and I have to say - after completing the work - they came back to check slates after storm Eunice. Now that’s what I call a great service. The roofers were really knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy their work too. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Very efficient company.
They went to look at the job the week after being contacted and sent through a quote which was honoured at the end.
Due to the unpredictable weather and needing a dry couple of days there was a small delay, but as soon as there was a gap in the rain the job was completed quickly with further, very helpful advice given freely.
Whilst I seriously hope we don't need their services again for a leaky roof, I wouldn't hesitate in ringing Ken for help in the future.
Very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

Superb job done under difficult conditions. Quite a complex scaffolding was needed to reach the chimney and the weather varied between pouring rain and blazing sun! Ken's team kept me informed all the time on progress and the chimney stack now looks magnificent. The site was cleared and cleaned (indeed by Ken himself) and any slates damaged by scaffolding were quickly replaced.
We would heartily recommend KM Building and Roofing Services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
